The Wickes Community Programme

We’re passionate about giving back to local communities. That's why we launched The Wickes Community Programme, a dedicated product fund to support local initiatives in helping them maintain and renovate community areas.

Open to all local community groups and charities seeking help for improvement projects, you can enquire via your local store or contact us on social media.

Our recent projects

Good-Company-Charity.webp

Epsom | Good Company Charity

Our Epsom store generously donated various insulation products, such as draft excluders and secondary glazing film, to support families in need within the local community.

Garden-Army.webp

West Hoathly | The Garden Army

Our East Grinstead store contributed a new Wickes Lifestyle Kitchen to The Garden Army, a charity assisting individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Volunteers at the 'care farm' learn to grow vegetables but often lack cooking skills, so this kitchen will help aid them in their development of being able to cook.

Soak-Lifestyle.webp

Torquay | Soak Lifestyle

In response to Storm Babet's impact on the community, our Torquay store provided essential building materials to aid in the reconstruction of Soak Lifestyle, a beloved local space.

Great-Ormand-Street.webp

London | Great Ormond Street Hospital

Teaming up with our supplier Norfolk Leisure, we added some festive magic to Great Ormond Street Hospital by donating three artificial Christmas trees for patients to enjoy during the holiday season.

Headly-Down-Nature-Reserve.webp

Alton | Headly Down Nature Reserve

The Headley Down Nature Reserve Trust, revitalizing abandoned council land into a vibrant outdoor space, received 100 bags of bark chippings from our Alton store to assist in creating a new path for community enjoyment.
